This section provides endpoints for retrieving available merchant locations where Paper Money operations can be performed.
Available Endpoints:
Get Merchants: Retrieves a list of all available merchants.
Note: Required information such as correspondent_id is obtained via the POST :: Validate endpoint in the "Authenticating yourself" section.
